We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club offering you classes in the martial art of BJJ in Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK.
In our classes you can enjoy a friendly and positive atmosphere and being taught with patient supportive instruction with lots of individual attention for you.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts in the world, being proven effective in MMA Mixed Martial Arts and is great for Self Defence as it uses leverage and scientific technique in place of muscle and strength in order to allow a smaller person to overcome a larger person.
You can learn the entire martial art with us, including self defence, competition, takedowns, throws, standing techniques and groundwork.
We are a member club of the UKBBJA, United Kingdom Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association and are committed to providing you high levels of excellence in everything we do.
Our Classes are suitable for all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness, ability, gender etc and are for adults ages 14yrs+.
